How GateFlow onboarding works: live in minutes

Societies do not self-serve a blank tenant. GateFlow creates the society, then the RWA and residents join with shared credentials.

GateFlow onboarding is not “create your society in a signup form.” GateFlow creates the society. RWA credentials and a join code are shared. The committee sets up units, residents join with the code, and guards start scanning on their own phones. The target is minutes, not a six-week hardware install.

The four steps

  • GateFlow creates the society and shares RWA credentials plus a join code
  • The RWA signs in and sets up units
  • Residents sign up with the join code
  • The society is live: QR passes, billing, notices, BYOD scanning

There is no dedicated gate tablet to procure. Hardware cost is ₹0. Every society gets a 30-day trial with full access, no credit card. The first 25 societies pay no one-time onboarding fee after the trial. Subscription is still ₹40 or ₹55 per unit per month.

What “minutes” does not mean

Sales reply time is not go-live. A committee still needs to share the join code and add units. “Minutes” means there is no install crew, no hardware shipment, and no multi-week vendor project before the first QR can be scanned. For a walkthrough, use contact. Questions sit on the FAQ.

GateFlow is newly launched society management software for Indian gated communities. Complete platform, ₹40 or ₹55 per unit.
