Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GateFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a society or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

GateFlow is a multi-tenant society management platform for residents, administrators, and security staff. It includes visitor management, finance, community features, private communication, and Vigy. Society records are stored in Google Firebase. Voice calls use the Agora SDK. Vigy uses Google Gemini.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. A user may hold one or more roles, such as Resident, Admin, and Staff, and can switch between roles they are authorized to use. Each role has its own permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GateFlow only for lawful purposes related to society management. You may not use the platform to harass, threaten, or spam other users, or to distribute harmful content.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged per residential unit each month. The ₹40 plan includes the complete product with local advertising. The ₹55 plan includes the complete product without advertising. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices can change with notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of GateFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of information described there.

GateFlow does not sell personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party for their own marketing or resale. Personal information is used to operate your society inside GateFlow. Local ads on the ₹40 plan do not receive names, phone numbers, messages, visitor records, or any other personal data. They may use society-level information such as society size, towers, households, active users, and population. The ₹55 plan has no ads.

To run the service, GateFlow uses these providers only as processors: Google Firebase for the database, the Agora SDK for voice calling, and Google Gemini for Vigy. Their role is to provide that part of the product. It is not a sale of your data, and they are not permitted to sell it.

7. Intellectual Property

GateFlow and its content, features, and functionality are owned by GateFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

GateFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
