1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GateFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a society or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
GateFlow is a multi-tenant society management platform providing visitor management, financial accounting, communication, community engagement, and AI-assisted administration services for gated communities.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each user may have one or more roles (Super Admin, Admin, Resident, Staff) with corresponding permissions and access levels.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GateFlow only for lawful purposes related to society management. You may not use the platform to harass, threaten, or spam other users, or to distribute harmful content.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of GateFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
7. Intellectual Property
GateFlow and its content, features, and functionality are owned by GateFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
GateFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
