Visitor Management System for Gated Communities
QR passes in, a digital log out — residents, guards, and the RWA share one record.
GateFlow replaces the clipboard at the gate. Residents create QR passes. Guards scan on their own phones. The society keeps a searchable log from the first visitor, without dedicated gate hardware.
QR visitor passes
Residents issue one-time or recurring QR passes for guests, cabs, maids, and deliveries. The pass the resident created is the one the guard scans.
BYOD scanning
Guards scan on their own smartphones. No society-owned tablet to buy, share, or leave unlocked in the cabin.
Digital visitor log
Search by date, resident, or visitor. The log survives the end of the shift — unlike a paper register that walks away with the contractor.
Walk-in registration
Unexpected visitors can still be logged: purpose, resident to meet, expected duration, and a photo at the gate.
Photo capture
Gate photos sit on the visitor record, not in an open book at the cabin. Access is role-based.
Arrival alerts
Residents get a notification when their visitor is at the gate. Approvals do not depend on a missed phone call.
Multi-gate assignment
More than one gate? Assign guards and see activity per gate instead of mixing every entry into one notebook.
Incident notes
Unusual activity can be logged against the same visitor trail the RWA already uses for billing and complaints.
